[omniORB] OctetList members

Is there any spec about what functionality (public data and method
members) that the OctetList(and the like) is supposed to provide?

There is nothing called OctetList in CORBA. If you mean a sequence of
CORBA Octets then the interface is defined in the C++ mapping
specification (or the Python mapping specification if you're using
Python).
