[omniORB] Error WSAIoctl SIO_GET_INTERFACE

The socket() call preceding WSAIoctl is failing.

Try handling the exception, then attempt to create a socket of your own
to get the error code:

SOCKET s=socket(AF_INET, SOCK_STREAM, 0);
if(s==INVALID_SOCKET){
//call WSAGetLastError() to get the error code
}

I have a server running on Windows 2003 Server where corba failed to
initialize.

You will find below traces got with ORBtraceLevel=40. I am worrying
about the following lines:

Unable to obtain the list of all interface addresses.

WSAGetLastError() = 10038

What can I do to solve the issue?
