[omniORB] omniORB 4.1.6 and omniORBpy 3.6 released

Hi everyone,

omniORB 4.1.6 and omniORBpy 3.6 are now available. They are bug fix
releases. They are available from SourceForge as usual:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/omniorb/files/omniORB/omniORB-4.1.6/
https://sourceforge.net/projects/omniorb/files/omniORBpy/omniORBpy-3.6/

Source distributions are there now. Windows binaries for various
compiler / Python versions will be there shortly.
