[omniORB] Memory leaks

I have configured the Microsoft Visual with the debug and release libraries
for debug and release mode respectively.

The version I'm using is omniORB-4.1.0, and the libraries:
omnithread_rtd.lib
omniDynamic4_rtd.lib
omniCodeSets4_rtd.lib


Isn't that enough?
