[omniORB] Building Win64 on amd64

Hi,

I have read a few exchanges relating to
building omniORB on Win64 VC8 for amd64
processor. However in the latest release,
4.1, I do not see a platform mk for this
nor a win64.mk file.

Since the discussion was beyond the point
of configuration I assume that such file must
exist. I was wondering if they can be shared?

It works with the win32.mk file. That file probably ought to be
renamed...
