[omniORB] omniORB::maxTcpConnectionPerServer

Hi

I would like to use the following API: omniORB::maxTcpConnectionPerServer , but the entry is not anymore define in OmniOrb4.h (version 4.1.6.10) we use previously version 2.80

omniORB::maxTcpConnectionPerServer , but the entry is not anymore

The configuration parameter is now called maxGIOPConnectionPerServer.
You can set it on the command line, configuration file or Windows
registry. It's no longer exposed as a variable in the omniORB namespace.
